KELSEY (click coments)

I have been looking forward to this trip since I first heard about it. I have always had a heart for missions and for sharing the joy and love of Christ to others. I'm looking forward to teaching the kids in Latvia as well as learning from them and the rest of the team. I have a feeling that God is goin to do something big while we're in Latvia.

In case you're curious here's a little information about me: This coming school year I will be a Junior at SDOHS. My whole family is extremely active and very involved in athletics.(I was hapy to hear that the kids in Latvia love sports as well.) I, myself, am a runner.I am on my High School's X-Country and Track teams. I also go camping and backpacking often.

Please keep our whole team in your prayers as well as all aspects of the trip. Feel free to post comments for us, we could use the encouragement.

WARNING.....
Kelsey is ready to come as an intern for the whole summer Mom and Dad and camp just started! But you knew that would be the case:) Thanks for all the prayers!
So far we have just lost a few things (our camera) and I broke my toe, but that's all a part of making it a memorable adventure and it is sort of symbolic of God reaching the lost and healing the broken.

Lisa and I are still in the city, we were with the gang Sunday but with 7 kids and lots to plan for VBS we stayed a few more days here, also Lisa is packing to move to a new house and they have to go to court tomorrow as they are trying to adopt a sweet 4yr old boy, Andris. he is a big hit with all the big kids.

Hope you enjoy your at home vacation together.

Kelsey - Kevin said that everyone is walking everywhere--I suspect you run. Hope that you have been able to keep up that activity! You have such a willing heart and a desire to be used greatly of God. It sounds like He has been making that happen. What a wonderful experience that is. Keep on keeping on! We are praying for you to remain strong and ready to have an amazing time at VBS this week!

Hey Kels
By now you are finished with VBS and looking ahead to a fun trip to London and then home! These are words for you and the team as you make this transition.
"Let your gentle spirit be known to all. The Lord is near. Be anxious for nothing but in everything by prayer and supplication with thansgiving let you your requests be known to God. AND the peace of God, which surpasses ALL comprehension will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus..."dwell in the goodness and righteousness of God. Phil 4:5-8 How we love you and are anticipating seeing you home again! You and the team remain faithfully in our prayers. Hugs and love to them all!
Love ,
Mom and Dad

PS Its a wee bit warm these days...might try frying an egg again :)

Hey Kels and team,
You should have arrived in London by now! How hard it must have been to leave all the new people you have come to know and love. We have been praying for all of you and this time of transition. I pray that your time in London is full of gifts from the Lord Himself. We know that the Lord's protection is about you and that His Armor is the Best! Our love and prayers to all of you! We are now counting the hours 'til we you all safely here in AZ.
May the Lord continue to guide each of you as you look towards your journey home.
Hugs and kisses to you Kels!
Mom, Dad and "Krew" :)
